Is shipping international?
Yes, we do ship world wide. However, we do recommend you choose the track and trace option if you live outside the EU. We are not responsible for any lost packages or damages that happened during the postal transit.

Is it a 12 month Desk Planner?
The Supplied by Lily Student Desk Planner has a monthly overview containing 12 months and a weekly overview containing 52 weeks. However, the Desk Planner doesn’t have any dates on it. This way you can use it even longer than 12 months, because you can actually choose to skip a month or week and only fill in the pages you actually want to schedule.
How can I pay?
You can pay by using PayPal, iDeal, or Direct Bank Transferral (you just have to transfer the payment to the bank information mentioned down below or on the order page from your bank).
Estimated time of Delivery?
The estimate shipping time is:
The Netherlands: 1-7 days (maximum of 30 days)
EU: 1-4 weeks
Rest: 4-12 weeks
Do you accept Returns?
We do accept (international) returns. If the order did not arrive within 30 days for the Netherlands, 4 weeks for Europe, and within 12 weeks for international orders, we will accept returns within 14 days of the arrival of the package. The costs of the shipping of the return is for the customer. We refund the amount of the original order within 14 days.
