Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, unforeseen delays in shipping are possible. We apologize in advance for any delayed packages.
 

Shipping

The Supplied by Lily stationery items are shipped from the Netherlands, while the Book Stand is shipped from the USA. We currently offer free shipping with tracking to the Netherlands with orders over €50, the EU over €65, and the USA $100 for stationery items. The Supplied by Lily Book Stand is excluded from free shipping.

Due to the fact we are still a small brand, we process all orders approximately within 1-5 business days. Once your order is completed and ready for shipping, you will receive an email to inform you your product has been shipped. We have various shipping methods you can choose at the check out in order to cater to everyone’s needs:

Domestic (the Netherlands)

  • POST NL SHIPPING WITH TRACKING: Shipping within the Netherlands using Post NL Shipping with Tracking has an estimate delivery time of 1-2 business days (with a maximum of 30 days) after the order is processed. There is shipment tracking available from Post NL with this shipping method.
  • DHL PARCEL WITH TRACKING: Shipping within the Netherlands using DHL Parcel has an estimate delivery time of 1-2 business days after the order is processed, and has the option to be delivered at your door or a DHL Service Point. There is shipment tracking available from DHL with this shipping method.

Europe

  • SHIPPING WITH TRACKING: Shipping within Europe using Shipping with Tracking has an estimate delivery time of 2-16 business days depending on the EU country (you can find the exact estimate for your country on the check out page) after the order is processed. There is shipment tracking available from Post NL with this shipping method.
  • DHL PARCEL WITH TRACKING: Shipping within Europe using DHL Parcel has an estimate delivery time of 1-12 business days depending on the EU country (you can find the exact estimate for your country on the check out page) after the order is processed, and has the option to be delivered at your door or a DHL Service Point. There is shipment tracking available from DHL with this shipping method.
  • DHL EXPRESS WITH TRACKING: Shipping within Europe using DHL Express has an estimate delivery time of 1-5 business days depending on the EU country (you can find the exact estimate for your country on the check out page) after the order is processed. There is shipment tracking available from DHL with this shipping method.
  • SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING: Shipping within Europe using Shipping without Tracking has an estimate delivery time of 1 to 4 weeks. However, weather, holidays, location, and customs play a huge part in shipping and delivery time, and could slow down the process. There is no tracking available using this shipping method. Although this shipping method is the cheapest shipping method available, if your order gets lost or damaged during transit, we will not refund it.

Outside Europe (International/World Wide)

  • SHIPPING WITH TRACKING: International shipping using Shipping with Tracking has an estimate delivery time of 2-16 business days depending on the country (you can find the exact estimate for your country on the check out page) after the order is processed. There is shipment tracking available from Post NL with this shipping method.
  • DHL EXPRESS WITH TRACKING: International shipping using DHL Express has an estimate delivery time of 2-5 business days after the order is processed. There is shipment tracking available from DHL with this shipping method.
  • SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING: International shipping using Shipping without Tracking has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 12 weeks. However, weather, holidays, location, and customs play a huge part in shipping and delivery time, and could slow down the process. There is no tracking available using this shipping method. Although this shipping method is the cheapest shipping method available, if your order gets lost or damaged during transit, we will not refund it.

We are not liable for any damages or lost items during the shipping process, and we obtain proof of postage for all items sent. 

Customs

The Supplied by Lily stationery items are shipped from the Netherlands, while the Book Stand is shipped from the USA. Depending on which item you order and where you live, there is a possibility that you will have to pay customs.

Returns

We do accept (international) returns, or exchanges for a different item. In order to be eligble for a return or exchange, the product has to be in its original packaging and condition, without having any damages (such as folds, missing pages, etc.). We are not responsible for any lost or damages that happen during the shipping process.
If the order arrived within –

  • 30 days for the Netherlands;
  • 4 weeks for Europe; and
  • 12 weeks for international orders,

we will accept returns within 14 days of the arrival of the package. The costs of the shipping of the return or exchange is for the customer. We refund the following amount within 14 days:

  • Full amount of the original order for orders to the Netherlands;
  • Full amount of the original order for orders within the EU; and
  • Amount of the items minus the shipping costs for international orders.
